A common vitamin known to man is the B5 Vitamin. It's almost impossible to get B5 deficiency simply because it is found in just about every type of food. Apart from turning food into energy, the other function of the B5 vitamin is vital to reducing stress. This is because when you're stressed out, your body produces certain hormones such as adrenalin and these hormones actually require the B5 vitamin.
There are many other functions of the B5 vitamin. The B5 vitamin can be found in just about everything that you eat. And the best part is that there are no negative effects of having too much B5 in your body. So you don't have to worry about consuming too much B5!
